Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Responsive Repairs Planner on a Permanent basis at our Pembroke House office.

A bit about the role:

As a Responsive Repairs Planner, you will be supporting the managers with planning all aspects of the responsive repair works, dealing with residents, operatives and sub- contractors, working with the IT systems, managing operative’s diaries and general data input and administration.

Some of the key results for the role include:

  • Receiving job notification and plan resource in our works management system.

  • Plan and mobilise internal and supply chain contractor resource.

  • Update client systems with status milestones including completion forecasts.

  • Maintain communications to our customers.

This is an office based role with 5 days working in the Pembroke House office required.
