We are building thousands of high-quality homes and creating sustainable places across London and the Home Counties, all designed so that people can flourish. We’ve been recognised in various categories at the NLA awards, which celebrate exceptional architectural achievements across London and the projects that shape the city’s future.

St Ann's has earned a coveted spot on the shortlist for Best Masterplan. Willow Walk in Wandsworth and Fish Island Village in Tower Hamlets are also in the running for awards in the Housing and Mixed-Use categories.

Our St Ann’s regeneration project demonstrates our commitment to inclusive and community-driven development. It's set to deliver 970 fully accessible homes, with 60% designated as affordable housing, including accommodations for older people and NHS key workers. This development not only provides much needed new homes but also embodies our dedication to fostering inclusivity within London's neighbourhoods.

In Wandsworth, our Willow Walk development provides 168 homes for social rent and shared ownership. This project provides a range of options for those seeking affordable and secure housing in the area.

A joint venture between Peabody and Hill Group, Fish Island Village embodies innovation and creativity. Offering 600 high-quality new homes and affordable workspace managed by the social enterprise, The Trampery, this development is more than just bricks and mortar. It's a vibrant hub that fosters creativity and entrepreneurship in the heart of Tower Hamlets.

We look forward to the awards results in November and are grateful for the support of our partners in creating sustainable and vibrant communities across London.
