We’re big but local and well-established but forward-thinking
We work side by side with our communities – all with the aim of helping people flourish.
We team up with residents, partners and local authorities to help people become healthier, wealthier and happier. And we put the needs of our communities at the heart of everything we do.
Our expertise and experience mean we can tackle difficult issues such as homelessness, underemployment or violence affecting young people.
We address the root causes of economic inequality and basic housing issues. We do this by working with partners and combining our funding, skills and commitment to offer a wide range of services and support. We listen to residents and the people in our communities, co-creating projects and unlocking opportunities.

Our community activities are more important than ever at the moment. So we worked hard in the year to the end of March 2023 to listen to residents and partner with them and local organisations to deliver things that really make a difference in communities.
