The Peabody Academy is determined to change that. So we’re making a start by offering apprenticeships to colleagues in all areas of our business. The programmes are thoughtfully tailored to our learners’ unique circumstances, so they can build cutting-edge skills and realise their full potential.
In the future we hope to open this up to residents and customers. Because we believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn.

Stepping onto the first rung of the career ladder can be daunting. That’s why we offer apprenticeships in a range of industries, so people can learn and earn in a supportive environment.

We know that not everyone can learn with us face-to-face. So we also offer online classes, enabling people to log in and switch on from the comfort of their own home.
