As part of our commitment to creating vibrant local communities, we’re expanding our commercial portfolio with new spaces on the lower floors of many of our residential blocks.
Peabody owns and manages about 400 commercial spaces across central London. The units range in size from 200 sq ft to 50,000 sq ft and are home to a variety of businesses, such as shops, cafes and restaurants, workspaces, colleges, nurseries and medical practices. Most of the tenants are small business owners or sole traders and have a connection to the local community.
Over the next five years we plan to add 500,000 sq ft of new space to our portfolio.
