Celebrating Peabody’s G15 Accelerate Programme graduates

The event also marked the success of the G15 Accelerate Programme, which supports the development of ethnic minority colleagues in housing. Five Peabody colleagues completed the programme with distinction, with three receiving promotions during the course.

  • Parveen Agnihotri, Senior Internal Communications Manager
  • Bridget Ndukwe, Service Manager – Complex Needs
  • Rashida Kutubu, Senior Project Manager
  • Sonal Amin-Smith, Advice and Wellbeing Manager
  • Kofi Sampaney, Specialist Services Manager

Ian McDermott, Chief Executive of Peabody and Chair of the G15 said: “In housing, we know the importance of representation. We see the impact first-hand when it’s missing - on trust, on opportunity, and on fairness. It reminds us all that creating fairer systems and stronger communities begins with inclusion at every level. There’s still more to do. But change is not only possible - it’s already happening.

“To our winners and nominees - thank you for pushing boundaries, for being visible, and for creating space for others to thrive - your work matters deeply, and we are all better for it.”

Peabody is focused on building a more inclusive workplace, where everyone feels a sense of belonging. The organisation is addressing gender and ethnicity pay gaps and has relaunched initiatives such as Black on Board to help tackle underrepresentation in senior roles.
