Peabody has partnered with eight other housing associations via the g15 to invest £50k in the ‘Next Generation’ programme which offers free enterprise training and support to young people across London.

Young people aged between 18 and 24 will be offered free specialist training and up to £5,000 to start up their own business through the programme with Enterprise Nation.

Created in partnership with Launch It, the Next Generation programme is part of the UK’s Community Renewal Fund and will give thousands of young people access to a free education hub, giving them the tools they need to become entrepreneurs.

Applications are now open for the Next Generation start-up six-week bootcamp.

Through the Next Generation bootcamp, 50 budding entrepreneurs will be selected for six weeks of training, one-to one mentoring and a chance to pitch their business to win a grant of between £750 and £5,000. Applications close on 23 October 2022.
