Ann joined the Peabody Board in December 2022. She has 40 years’ experience in the construction and property industry, with particular emphasis on the residential sector, project management, area regeneration, masterplanning and delivering value.
She is a Chartered Member of the Institution for Civil Engineers (MICE), a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), and holds an Honorary Doctorate from Birmingham City University
Ann has held a number of roles supporting cross-industry initiatives and has recently retired from Rider Levett Bucknall where she was the global chair and on the UK board.
