Susan has worked in a broad range of sectors in both executive and non-executive roles.
A qualified Chartered Accountant and experienced Finance Director, Susan brings extensive experience in leading regulated, safety-critical, customer facing organisations including Transport Group National Express and Heathrow Airport. She was also the deputy medical regulator at the General Medical Council.
Susan joined the Board of Peabody in September 2026 and chairs the Audit and Risk Committee. She also sits on the Board of PA Housing, chairing the Audit and Risk Committee and recently the People and Governance committee. She is also on the Board of London Marathon Events Ltd where she chairs the Audit and Risk Committee.
