Hawking’s House, named after Stephen Hawking who spent some of his school days in St Albans, brings 28 affordable new homes to the area
The development provides much-need housing for local people who are unable to buy or rent at market rate and demonstrates our commitment to working side-by-side with local authorities, in this case St Albans City & District Council.
