Located in Brackley, the Turweston Road development will be delivered in a joint venture partnership with leading developer Crest Nicholson.

The development will provide around 400 new market sale homes alongside affordable housing. It will have a mix of apartments and larger detached family homes and include an investment in the local area. This includes education, public transport, open space and the Brackley Town Fund.

Turweston Road is part of a Section 106 requirement of the planning permission where the developer must lessen its impact on the surrounding area.

The site comprises approximately 13.69 hectares of land on the eastern edge of Brackley; between the existing established edge of the town and the A43. It is bounded to the east by the A43, to the north by Turweston Road and to the west by the Top Station Road Industrial Estate and the disused railway embankment.
