Philip joined Peabody with the Catalyst merger having been the Group Director of Development. With a property development career spanning more than three decades across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, he brings a wealth of housing experience.
He’s also worked for companies including Taylor Wimpey, CityWest Homes, The John Lewis Partnership and SPAR.
