What we’re looking for:

  • Do you have experience in carrying out stock condition surveys to occupied and void properties and communal areas?
  • Do you have a good understanding of risk factors, including Health and Safety associated with Stock Condition Survey related work?
  • Do you have significant stock surveying experience or any relevant professional qualification?
  • Do you have working knowledge of residential construction, both refurbishment and new build?
  • Do you have good IT skills, including experience of Microsoft Office and ability to manage the stock condition data base and provide reports?

Here at Peabody, we have an opportunity for a Stock Condition Surveyor - 12 month FTC on a Fixed Term basis at our Ealing Gateway office.

A bit about the role:

As a Stock Condition Surveyor, you will:

  • Develop effective working relationships with Peabody colleagues and external agencies.
  • Support the delivery of the planned, cyclical and maintenance programmes and services and Asset Management Strategy.
  • Play a key role in developing customer expectations and other key stakeholders involvement in a programme of projects.
  • Understand, analyse and act upon all aspects of customer feedback and Peabody’s performance relating to your programme delivery through the use of available management information reporting tool.
  • Liaise with external organisations as appropriate.
  • Responsible for health & safety issues within the responsibility of the post.

A minimum of 1 to 2 days working in the Ealing Gateway office is required
