Fish Island Village, our joint venture with housebuilder, Hill, in Hackney Wick, has been shortlisted for a RIBA London Regional Award 2024.

Published: 16/02/2024

Designed by architects Haworth Tompkins, Pitman Tozer and Lyndon Goode, the development includes 588 high quality homes including 146 affordable homes (72 rented and 74 shared ownership) and 57,000 sq. ft of commercial spaces. Social enterprise, The Trampery, has established a new campus for fashion and creative start-ups with affordable workspace, manufacturing facilities and social spaces at Fish Island Village.

The RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) awards recognise the best new architect-designed buildings in the capital. The winning projects will be announced later this spring before being considered for several RIBA Special Awards, including the RIBA Sustainability Award and RIBA Building of the Year.

The RIBA National Award will be announced in the summer.  From these winners, the shortlist for the prestigious RIBA Stirling Prize will be selected and announced in September, with the ultimate winner revealed in October.
