The Dee Park development is part of a large regeneration project in Reading.
The plans include 750 homes, an extra care facility, a new school with a nursery, a children’s and community centre, as well as retail and commercial facilities. Phase one and two are complete with almost 250 new homes for social rent and shared ownership, as well as sports pitches, shops and offices. The final phase of the project is under review.
